Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 (hereinafter referred to as BNSS), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner Rambeer Bohra, against the Order dated 07.11.2024 whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Delhi has upheld the Order of the learned MM dated 09.02.2023, dismissing the Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. 2.
