The Petitioners i.e., husband and wife, are British citizens and Overseas Citizen of India card holders. They challenge the impugned orders passed by Office of the Commissioner of Customs, IGI Airport, New Delhi. The case of the Petitioners is that they were travelling together with their two children on 2nd April, 2024 from London to New Delhi to attend a wedding in the family.
