It is contended by learned counsel for the accused/applicant that there is no evidence at all against the accused/applicant and he has been falsely booked. Learned counsel for the accused/applicant takes me through record to contend that the only material against the accused/applicant is an alleged confession of the co-accused when the latter was in police custody and the same cannot be read against the accused/applicant.
