Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing and commanding the Opposite parties no.2 and 3 for preventing the illegal construction as building situated at Mohalla Campwell Road, Ram Nagar, Balaganj near Paras Lawn, Police Station Saadatganj, District Lucknow and seal it in pursuance of order dated 13.08.2024, in the nature of justice." 2.
