The instant writ petition, in the form of a public interest litigation, has been filed seeking therein, the following reliefs: " A. pass an order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd and 5th Respondents to adhere to the mandate of the Government Order dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure-1) thereby making procurement of manpower Sanitation Services through Government e- Marketplace Portal by issuing invitation bids; B. pass any other order(s) or direction(s) in favour of and for the betterment of public at large as may be deemed f
