The petitioner-complainant had filed a complaint on which the District Magistrate ordered an enquiry which has already been conducted, and as per the petitioner, nothing has been found to be amiss. He disputes the enquiry report and challenges it before this Court. 3. The petitioner can approach the District Magistrate concerned and point out the deficiencies in the enquiry or otherwise, unless there is any legal impediment, which can be looked into by the District Magistrate. 4. However, he shall also see as to whether the complaint is actuated by any malafide, as it is informed by Shri Pratyush Chaubey, learned Standing Counsel that the Gram Pradhan has filed an F.I.R. against the petitioner.
