The grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, as, the licensee has been directed to shift his shop to the place for which he was granted the license for running his shop. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has placed before us an order dated 26.08.2025 passed by the Excise Inspector, Region - 3, Mahsi, Bahraich addressed to the District Excise Officer, Bahraich along with the instructions of the same date sent by the District Excise Officer. The instructions are taken on record. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. 5. However, the District Excise Officer shall ensure that the opposite party no. 5 runs the shop at the place for which he has been granted the license, and any further deviation in this regard may entail serious consequences, as,
