The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and thereby directing to the opposite party no.1 to 3 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.5 to 8 over the land Gata No.2235Chha/2.437 hect. recorded as "Pashuchar bhumi" in the revenue record in the Village- Pirkhauli, Pargana-Magalsi, Tehsil-Sohawal, District-Ayodhya, in the interest of justice." 3.
