The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the opposite party no.1 to 4 more specifically opposite party no.2 to 4 to remove illegal encroachment done by the opposite party No.5 over the khad gaddha Gata No.321 situated at Alampur Akhai, Pargana Akbarpur, Tehsil Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar within the stipulated time as this Hon'ble court deems just and proper." 3.
