The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opp. party No.2 & 3 to get remove the illegal encroachment/possession of the opp.party No.5 & 8 from the land gata No 395/0.0440, which is recorded as Banjar, in the revenue record and situated Village Siswan, Tahsil and Pargana Akbarpur, District Ambedkar Nagar." 3.
