The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite party nos. 2 to remove the illegal encroachment on public utility land i.e. Gata Nos.129/0.0540 H situated at Village- Majhganwa, Tehsil- Tarabganj, District- Gonda which is recorded as Naveen Parati in the Revenue extract." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the proceedings under section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code has already been initiated and are pending. 4. In view of the said statement, it is directed that the pending proceedings shall be concluded with all expedition preferably within a period of ninety days in accordance with law. 5. The writ petition stands disposed off with the said observations. Ord
