Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed as a PIL. 3. The Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the dispute in between the petitioner and the respondent no.4 & 5 is of personal nature for which the proceedings under section 164 (1) of BNSS are also pending. 4. In view the said statement, clearly the filing of writ petition as PIL an abuse of the process of law. 5. The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of material concealment with a cost of Rs.10,000/-. 6. The petitioner would be liable to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- for making an incorrect statement in the writ petition.
