Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri Amit Kumar who appears for the respondent no.5. 3. The present petition has been filed as a PIL. 4. The counsel for the respondent no.5 has brought on record the fact that two suits are pending in between the same parties. 5. In view of the fact that two suits are pending in between the same parties, clearly the petition filed before this court is an abuse of the process of law. 6. The writ petition is dismissed for material concealment of facts. 7. The petitioner would be liable to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- for making an incorrect statement in the writ petition. The said cost of Rs.10,000/- shall be paid by the petitioner to the respondent no.5 within a pe
