The present petition has been filed with the following prayers: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite parties to remove the encroachment made by the opposite party no.7 and 8 on the land situated at Village-Nayagaon Habeebpur, Block-Bawan, Tehsil and District-Hardoi on which the interlocking work of road is being conducted by the opposite parties, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby commanding and directing the opposite party no.2 to decide the representation dated 11.7.2025 made by the petitioner contained in Annexure No.6 to this writ petition by a speaking and reasoned order within a period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court,
