The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties to immediately remove actual encroachment over public utility land overgata no- 168, 176 (Talab land) situated at Gram Puredhana, Pargana& Tehsil Patti, District-Pratapgarhand take appropriate actions against the opp. party no-7 and 8, in accordance with law." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated. 4. In view of the said statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to conclude the proceedings expeditiously within the time prescribed under the statute, i.e., 90 days.
