The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) (i) to issue a writ, order or in the nature of mandamus commanding to opposite parties No. 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment from the Gata No. 609/0.1140 hectare recorded as Rasta, Gata No. 601/0.0250 Hectare recorded as Khad Gaddha and 602/0.340 Hectare recorded as Gram Samaj Land, situated at Village and Post Bharkhani, Police Station Pali, Sawaijpur, Bharkhani, District Hardoi." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have already been initiated. 4.
