Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following reliefs: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding /directing the opp. parties No. 2 to remove the encroachment done by the villagers upon the Gaon Sabha Land Chakmarg gata No. 52 area 0.1380 Hectare by constructing interlocking/ Kharanja situated at village Khamariya Pandit Block Ishanagar, Tehsil Dhaurahra, District Kheri upon the chakmarg, in accordance with law, within period of one months in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction which this Hon'ble court may deem fit just and proper in circumstances of case also be passed in favour of the petitioner." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that there are no encroachments
