The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties particularly opposite party No.2 to 6 to immediately identify and restore gata No.29 which is recorded as Pond in the revenue record of Village Moharba, Pargana and Tehsil Nanpara, District- Bahraich." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that steps have already been taken for establishing the pond through Mgnrega fund. 4. In view thereof, nothing survives in the matter. 5.
