The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to remove the illegal and unauthorized possession and construction and encroachment of opposite party no.6 over Gram Sabha land, Gata No. 773, measuring 0.0760 hectare, situated in Village Chandanpur, Pargana Husainganj, Tehsil Sidhauli, District Sitapur. The copy of revenue record contained as annexure 1 to this writ petition" 3. Standing Counsel, on the basis of the instructions, states that the offending constructions have already been removed. Copy of the instruction is taken on record. 4. In view of the said statement and instructions, no further directions are required to be passed.
