The Khadanja on the chak marg is to be constructed by the Gaon Sabha, however, the learned counsel for the State says that there is encroachment on the chak marg, for which the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code have been initiated and are pending, so does Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha. 3.
