The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Opp. Parties No.2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no. 5 to 8 over the Gata no. 243 measuring area 0.0670 Hect. recorded as 'Khalihan' in revenue records, situated at Village- Bahupur, Pargana & Tehsil - Patti, District- Pratapgarh." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated and are pending. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to decide the proceedings of Section 67 in accordance with law within the period as prescribed in the sta
