The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "a. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding thereby directing to the opposite party no.2 to 4 to remove the illegal encroachment made by the opposite party no.6 over the land Gata No.524/0.2430 hect. recorded as "Ushar land in the revenue record in the Village- Kaithijalalpur, Tehsil-Kadipur, District-Sultanpur, in the interest of justice." 3. Learned Standing Counsel based upon the instructions states that the proceedings under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code have already been initiated and are pending. 4.
