Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opp. parties no.2 to 4 to take the decision on the representation dated 05.07.2025 moved by petitioner for eviction the illegal encroachment bearing Gata No.48 measuring area 0.380 Hect., Gata No.51 measuring area 0.890 Hect. & Gata No.52 measuring area 0.2020 Hect. situated at Village Khragpur, Pargana-Barausa, Tehshil-Jaisinghpur, District-Sultanpur, contained as Annexure No.3 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice." 3.
