We have gone through the pleadings. No doubt, the petitioner has referred certain reports of the Ministry of Transport revealing the number of accidents which have taken place, details of which has been mentioned in para 22. The writ petition is silent as to whether the Ministry of Transport, Govt. of India or for that matter, the concerned Ministry at the State Level have failed to take any steps to remedy the problem as far as possible.
