The petitioner prays for establishment of a Postmortem House in Tehsil Headquarter Bangarmau, District-Unnao as has been established in Tehsil Headquarter Sandila, District-Hardoi and in Tehsil Headquarter Nighashan, District-Lakhimpur Kheri. The reasoning given is that there is a highway nearby and several deaths occur on the highway. These are not matters to be seen under Article 226 of the Constitution of India not even in a Public Interest Litigation. They are purely within the domain of executive.
