Present petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.2 to 6 to ensure release of the land of Gata No.121 area 0.1520 hectare, which is recorded as Beehad in C.H. 41 & C.H. 45, situate at Village Kumbhapur (Sangipur), Tahsil Lalganj, District Pratapgarh from the possession of the opposite party no.7 and also to remove the illegal encroachments which has been done by the opposite party no.7 over the same expeditiously or within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2.
