This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to commence and complete the repair and construction of the route/road leading to Pracheen Shri Ganga Ji Temple situated between Beni Madhav Temple and Nagvasuki Temple, Prayagraj. 2. Submissions have been made that the road in question is damaged at various places and despite repeated representations made in this regard, road has not been repaired. 3. Initially, by filing instructions, the Public Works Department and the Nagar Nigam were seeking to contest their responsibility to repair the road in question.
