At this stage, the petitioner's counsel says that it is not being properly maintained, though there is no such reliefs specifically in the petition, nevertheless whosoever is obligated to run and maintain the public toilet shall do so as per law and if there is any grievance in future, the petitioner can avail the remedies prescribed.
