This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia, claiming himself to be vigilant about the interest of public belonging to his vicinity and earns his livelihood through the sale- purchase of food grains in the local area of the residential address indicated therein, however, a perusal of record indicates that in all the representations made by the petitioner, he has indicated himself as an Advocate. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is registered as an Advocate, he is not practising and he is engaged in business. 3. Filing of the representations claiming oneself as Advocate, essentially appears to be only with a view to misuse the said status and thereafter filing the petition by suppressing the said asp
