Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is encroachment in public utility land comprising Plot No. 234/0.0320 recorded as Chak Marg in the revenue record, situate in Village Katka, Pargana and Tehsil Kerakat, District Jaunpur. The case of the petitioner is that eviction order has been passed on 20.10.2023 in Case No. 4971 of 2022 by the Tehsildar, Kerakat, District Jaunpur and a restoration application filed by the encroacher has been rejected vide order dated 20.02.2025, but the order of eviction is not being executed. Issue notice. Notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1,2,3 and 4 is accepted by Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ray, learned Standing Counsel. Mr. Bhupendra Kumar Tripathi, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent no. 5. Both the learned counsel for the respondents are granted two weeks time to file a counter affidavit. Steps to serve respondent no. 6 shall be taken by RPAD within three days. List for admission on 08.09.2025 at t
