The petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking cancellation of consolidation proceedings of Consolidation Unit Village Saraiya, Pargana Saremu, Tehsil Sadar, District Jaunpur and a further direction to initiate fresh consolidation proceedings in the said Consolidation Unit as per purview of the U.P.
