Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 6 to 9, made submissions that an FIR against petitioner nos. 3 and 5 has been lodged by the respondents on 1.12.2024 and filing of the petition is an outcome of the personal dispute between the parties and no public interest is involved in the petition. 3.
