This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to measure Gata No. 932 of respondents No. 6, 7 and 8 situated at Nagar Panchayat Dariyal Mustehkam, Tehsil Tanda, District Rampur and separate the land of manure pit Gata No. 926 and Parikrama Marg Gata No. 927 and release the same from illegal possession of respondents No. 6, 7 and 8. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner made a cursory representation to the Tehsildar on 03.05.2025 and to the District Collector on 10.06.2025, alleging encroachments. No material has been produced before the Court to substantiate the allegations made.
