This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed seeking compliance of a communication dated 05.10.2024 sent by S.D.O. Jalesar, Etah to Executive Engineer, Irrigation Division Hathras, Firozabad, Etah. 2. By the said communication dated 05.10.2024, the S.D.O. required the Executive Engineer to take certain steps and inform the S.D.O. within a period of one week. 3. Filing of a PIL seeking this Court to ensure compliance of a communication written by the S.D.O. to the Executive Engineer, without even approaching the S.D.O. for the said purpose, cannot be countenanced. 4.
