The Khatauni shows it to be Sankramaniya Bhumidhari entered in the name of Sudama Prasad and Virendra Prasad. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to evict respondent nos. 6 and 7 from the said land dubbing it as Gaon Sabha land. It is not Gaon Sabha land. There is no public interest involved or espoused in this petition, which appears to be entirely a private dispute. This petition is not maintainable and is, accordingly, dismissed without prejudice to the rights of parties to suit their rights before the Court of competent jurisdiction.
