The petitioner has come up with a prayer that this Court may issue a mandamus to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Soraon, District Prayagraj to decide his representation dated 28.05.2025, complaining of encroachment in Plot No. 559/0.2570 hectare, 861/0.9530 hectare and 866/0.1200 hectare, situate in Village Jogipur, Police Station Mau Aima, Prayagraj. 3. In exercise of our writ jurisdiction, we do not sit to recommend for favourable consideration of the case of one litigant to the other. After all, the petitioner and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate are both litigants before this Court. That apart, the Sub-Divisional Magistrate is no
