This writ petition, purportedly in the public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the respondents to complete the work of covered Nali/CC in Ward No. 19 of Nagar Palika Parishad, Mau pursuant to tender notice dated 04.09.2024. 2. Submissions have been made that though the tender was sanctioned long back, the work has not been completed so far. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Palika Parishad made submissions that there was some dispute with the local residents, however, now the demarcation has taken place and only on account of rainy season, the work has been hampered, which would be completed soon. 4.
