This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners in relation to the Revenue Bar Association. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that the petitioners are practicing Advocates of the High Court and practicing before the Board of Revenue, U.P. and enrolled in the High Court Bar Association and Board of Revenue Bar Association as well. 3. Once the petitioners are themselves members of the Bar Association for which the relief is being sought, the petition ceases to be a public interest litigation. 4. Consequently, the petition is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioners to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
