This petition purportedly in the public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the District Magistrate to take action against the respondent No.5 pertaining to the construction work of Sub-Medical Health Centre in the year 2008-09. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that action is being sought after a passage of over 17 years, purportedly relying on a communication sent by Chief Medical Officer, Mirzapur to the Superintendent of Police with regard to taking action. 3. It is submitted that the said action was initiated at the instance of the petitioner, however, except for making bald allegations, nothing has been placed on record, seeking to substantiate the allegations made. 4. In view thereof, we do not find any reason to entertain the present PIL, the same is, therefore, dismissed
