Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 and the Government Orders dated 14.08.2014 and 16.08.2014. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that earlier a PIL No.25420 of 2015 with similar prayer pertaining to Village Radvariya was filed, wherein the Court directed making of representation and made it subject to the time limit prescribed therein. 3.
