Admittedly, the petitioner belongs to the same community and the claim made that the petitioner would not be a beneficiary of the outcome of the petition, for the purpose of maintaining the present Public Interest Petition, cannot be countenanced. 3. In view thereof, the petition filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation is not maintainable, leaving it open for the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. 4.
