One personal affidavit each has also been filed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Sagdi, Azamgarh and the Tahsildar, Tahsil Sagdi, Azamgarh. All the affidavits are taken on record. Let these be numbered by the office. 2. In paragraph Nos. 5 to 9 of the District Magistrate's personal affidavit, it is averred: 5. That as per the report submitted by the said revenue team, Gata No. 35 of Village Gangua, Pargana Gopalpur, Tehsil Sagri, District Azamgarh is a Minjumla number consisting of two sub-plots, namely Gata No. 35 Minjumla/0.028 hectare recorded as Naveen Parti, and Gata No. 35/2, area 0.181 hectare, recorded in the name of a transferable bhumidhar. It is pertinent to mention that the name of Respondent
