MUNIR, J. A personal affidavit has been filed by the Collector, Mau in Court today. It is taken on record. The stand taken in paragraph no. 5 of the affidavit is that during spot inspection done by the Collector on 12.08.2025, it was found that chakmarg bearing Plot No. 98 is free from encroachment and constructed on the spot according to the village map. At page no. 15 of the paper-book, the photographs of the Collector undertaking the inspection are there. Learned Counsel for the petitioner says that earlier encroachment was not removed, but now after the Collector's inspection, it was removed. It is ordered that the Collector, Mau shall ensure that the encroachment does not come back on the chakroad in question, for which all strict steps shall be taken by the Collector.
