This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to use the land of Gata No. 82 for accessing his residence. 2. A perusal of the record indicates that the land comprising Gata No. 82 is recorded in the name of Junior High School and instructions have been produced that construction of composite High School is being undertaken over the plot in question and on account of construction being raised, as the way apparently being used by the petitioner is being obstructed, petition has been filed qua which the petitioner has no right as the revenue record pertaining to land comprising Gata No.82 does not indicate existence of any 'rasta'. 3.
