This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to conduct an enquiry against Village Pradhan for purportedly committing illegality in reboring of Gram Sabha hand-pumps in accordance with law. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that entire effort on part of the petitioner apparently is to make a fishing enquiry by making vague and general allegations and seeking enquiry based on such allegations. 3. The nature of petition which has been filed, it cannot be said that any public interest is involved. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
