This petition purportedly in public interest has been filed by the petitioner, inter-alia claiming himself to be socially active and looking after the welfare of his society and that he works in public interest. 2. Submission has been made that respondent nos. 5 & 6 are involved in embezzlement of certain funds qua which the Deputy Director (Panchayat), has written communications to the Chief Development Officer on 20.03.2025 and 26.05.2025 for taking action, however, no action has been taken. 3. A perusal of the petition indicates that the said Deputy Director (Panchayat), has been making complaints against two of the Secretaries of the Gram Panchayat and apparently the petitioner, has been set up for filing the present petition as based on the complaints made by the said Deputy Director, no action apparently
