MUNIR, J. 1. In compliance with the order dated 18.08.2025, a personal affidavit has been submitted by the Tahsildar, Tahsil Sadar, Mau. In paragraph No. 6 of the affidavit, it is averred : 6. That it is most respectfully submitted that in compliance of the said eviction order dated 29.03.2025 passed by the court Tehsildar (Judicial) Sadar-Mau, the revenue team had demarcated the Gata No.432, area 0.0240 (Chakroad) on the spot in the presence of the petitioner and other parties. The encroachment, made by the encroacher Dashai, over the land of Gata No.432 (Chakroad), has been removed by said encroacher himself. At present, the land of Gata No.432 (Chakroad) is vacant on the spot. For kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court, copy of the report dated 24.08.2025 along with spot photographs are being annexed herewith and marked collectively as Annexure No.PA-2 to this Affidavit. 2.
