A personal affidavit has been filed by the Tehsildar, Robertsganj, Sonbhadra saying that the encroachments have been removed on 26.06.2025 by a Revenue team assisted by a team from the Police department. A memo of proceedings dated 24.06.2025 has been placed on record. When the case is called on, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Apparently, the encroachment has been removed. In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be made in this petition. This petition is consigned to record. However, if the encroachment subsists and the petitioner wishes to apply, it will be open to him to make an application seeking revival of the writ petition.
