Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that encroachment has been removed. 3. Respondent no. 5, on the other hand, alleges collusion between the petitioner and the Authorities. 4. In the present PIL, we cannot go into that question. 5. However, It will be open to the petitioner to seek his remedies against the dispossession that he assails in accordance with law. 6. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he says that he has nothing further to press by way of relief. 7. Without prejudice to the rights of respondent no. 5, we are of opinion that no further orders are required to be made in this petition. It is, accordingly, consigned to record.
