In compliance with the order dated 26.05.2025, the Tehsildar, Saidpur, District Ghazipur has filed his personal affidavit. In paragraph no. 11 of the affidavit, it is stated: "11-That it is also relevant to mention here that the Revenue Team has made demarcation of the land in question on 04.07.2025 from three fixed point. In the demarcation, encroachment of Samu, Moolchand and Phoolchand, sons of Bechan has been found by constructing 2 Feet height wall, hence subsequent to the order dated 05.08.2019 passed by the Tehsildar (Judicial), Saidpur, District-Ghazipur, on 06.07.2025, same has been got removed. True copies of the demarcation report dated 04.07.2025, field book and the photographs are being filed herewith collectively and marked as ANNEXURE NO.PA.4 to this Personal Affidavit."
